Guideline to Participating Missionaries (PMs)

Funding
• Scholarships will be deposited to the registered bank account by the 1st day of each quarter
• Funding details, including list of awarded students and amount, will be shared via email
• Bank transaction fees, if any, will be added to the total amount to ensure no-cost to PM
Roles of Participating Missionaries
• Award scholarship to students (quarterly)
o Obtain students’ signature on the receipt (receipt of scholarships, sample attached)
o Share copy with DODAM FOSTER FOUNDATION (“DFF”)
• Encourage students to write a letter, collect, and share the letter with DFF (quarterly)
o The letter is free of forms
o Share via email or SNS/Messenger (picture or PDF)
o Suggested contents:
– Story about life, family, school, and etc
– Testimonial of being a child of God
– Prayers
• Post news and prayers to news feed (as available. we love to hear frequently)
o Upon registration, log-in ID to access DFF news feed will be issued
o Newsletters, or pictures
